Contemporary Lech apartment
Located on the second floor of the Balegia Residence, this stunning four-bedroom apartment is ideally situated less than 10 minutes from the town centre and just one minute from the nearest ski lift.
Combining traditional alpine style with contemporary decor, the look is sleek yet welcoming. With a large flat-screen TV, comfortable sofas and a modern fireplace, the open-plan living and dining area provides plenty of space for relaxing. A small kitchen is well-equipped with everything required and doors open out onto a balcony with views of Lech and the surrounding snow-capped peaks.
Balegia 4 is able to accommodate up to eight guests across four beautifully designed, en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with its own sauna. A further three bedrooms can be configured as twins or doubles. All of the bedrooms have TVs and wonderful views of the mountains and village. There is access to a shared ski room with heated boot warmers.
Guests of Balegia 4 benefit from access to a brand-new state-of-the-art spa shared with two other apartments in the Residence. Set over two floors, you'll find an indoor swimming pool complete with champagne lounge, massage room and tea bar. Beside the pool is a hot stone bed and a covered hot tub is outside. On the first floor is a heated terrace with sun loungers, an indoor sauna, a tranquil relaxation area, a gym and yoga studio equipped with modern fitness machines, and a Peleton bike.

Ideally located, it is just a one-minute walk from the Schlosskopf chairlift and a six-minute walk from the Bergbahn Lech-Oberlech cable car, with easy access to the Arlberg ski area via several other lifts, including the Rüfikopfbahn, and Schlegelkopfbahn. The vibrant centre of Lech, offering a selection of upscale bars, restaurants, and shops, is only a five-minute stroll away.
