Chalet LV | 01, along with two other luxury chalets, make up an exclusive ‘village’ in the renowned Via Menardi area of Cortina. Whilst remaining private, the chalet is conveniently located close to the heart of the town and its many shops, bars and restaurants. LV | 01 occupies the highest area of the ‘village’, overlooking the famous “Passeggiata” with dramatic views of Mount Cristallo, Faloria, Cinque Torri and Tofane.
Chalet LV | 01 has a living area of 900m² set over four floors, connected by a private elevator and staircase. Fusing classical architecture with state-of-the-art technology you can be sure of the highest level of comfort. The entrance hall on the ground floor leads to a large living and dining area, a bar and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. A second living area with plush sofas and fireplace is located on the first floor, along with an office space for those who need to catch up on work.
Spanning 25m², on the lower ground floor, is a modern spa and fitness area.
Take some time out in the sauna or Jacuzzi with waterfall. There is also a 20-metre pool, sunlamps and relaxation area.
A soundproofed cinema room complete with large screen and comfortable seats provides the entertainment. Children will love the fantastic playroom with ball pit whilst adults will delight in the wine cellar stocked with the finest wines, just waiting to be sampled.
Chalet LV | 01 is home to four main en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom with sitting area, walk-in wardrobe, large terrace and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub is located on the second floor.
Also located on the second floor is another double bedroom plus a triple children’s room with bunk beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. There are a further en-suite double bedroom and two twin bedrooms suitable for staff or children with a shared bathroom.

The chalet is one of three that make up an exclusive "village" in Via Menardi. The Faloria ski lifts are just a 3 minute drive/5 minute walk from the chalet whilst shops, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance.
