Chic Nidus Penthouse occupies a fantastic location a short stroll from the Schlossköpf ski lift and the centre of Lech village. Designed and furnished by a well-known interior specialist, the penthouse has been decorated with traditional woods, polished flooring, sumptuous fabrics and stylish furnishings to create the ideal place for a luxury ski holiday. Occupying the top floor of the prestigious Nidus residence, the apartment sleeps up to ten people in five bedrooms.
Guests in all the Nidus apartments, have access to a modern shared ski room with heated boot warmers.
Spread over one floor, the lift opens out directly into the property.
There is a large hallway with stylish seating area and ample storage for your winter clothes, and it leads to a spacious open plan living and dining area. On one side of the room are inviting sofas and a flat screen TV, and on the other an elegant dining area with seating for ten people. Double height ceilings, a decorative fireplace and subtle lighting all combine to create a sophisticated yet relaxed ambiance. French windows open onto a wonderful terrace with a magnificent view over the village below and mountains in the distance.
Nidus Penthouse sleeps eight adults and two children in five beautiful bedrooms. The master suite boasts a double bedroom with its own private dressing area and en-suite bathroom, separate shower and private sauna. The sauna is perfect for warming up aching muscles after a long day on the slopes. There are two further twin/double bedrooms which share a private shower room with his and hers sinks. A beautiful, alpine inspired bunk room provides the perfect winter bedroom for children. The children's bunk room shares a shower room with a further twin/double bedroom.

Located on the top floor of the prestigious Nidus residence, Nidus Penthouse is ideally positioned just a six-minute walk from the Schlosskopf chairlift and a 10-minute walk, or a three-minute drive, from the centre of Lech, where you'll find a selection of cafes, restaurants and bars to explore. The bus stop is only a minute’s walk from the entrance of the Nidus residence.
