Built in 2017, Alpine Retreat is located in a peaceful area on the sunny side of the valley known as L'Ele. Surrounded by forest, with an alpine stream running past the chalet, the chalet offers a tranquil retreat in Morzine within walking distance of the resort centre. The chalet is also just a five-minute walk from the bus stop which takes you to the town and ski lifts. There is ample space for parking up to three vehicles.
Alpine Retreat is set over three floors with the entrance hall on the ground floor. The garage was converted to a gym area with weights and ski room with boot warmers. The main living space, located on the first floor, is open plan, with floor-to-ceiling windows giving access to a spacious terrace with swimming pool. Sofas and a cosy TV area provide plenty of space to relax whilst a glass-fronted fireplace creates a welcoming ambiance.
There's also a large dining table set against the mountain backdrop and a fully-fitted kitchen with a central island.
The fantastic outdoor area with a Jacuzzi, fire pit and garden area is the perfect place to unwind, drink in hand, after a day's skiing.
Alpine Retreat is able to accommodate up to 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms. One super-king/twin bedroom is located on the ground floor, with floor-to-ceiling windows giving access to the front of the chalet. There are a further four en-suite bedrooms on the top floor of the chalet. All can be configured as twins and have access to a balcony. The fifth bedroom has a wall-mounted TV and plenty of games for children.

Alpine Retreat has a fantastic location tucked away on the sunny side of the valley in a quiet area called L'Ele. You can walk to the centre of Morzine in 15 minutes & Montriond in 10 minutes. The bus stop is 5 minutes' walk from the chalet for access to the town/ski lifts.
