Just five minutes from the centre of Morzine and close to the slopes of Pleney, Chalet Genepi is ideal for both skiers and non-skiers. Set over four floors, the chalet offers fantastic views with a bright, modern interior for up to 12 guests.
A striking staircase adorned with contemporary-style chandeliers leads to the top floor of the chalet, which is home to a spacious open plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and log fireplace. The dining table seats 12 comfortably and there is a modern kitchen with breakfast bar providing further seating. A large furnished terrace, with views of the Pleney pistes, can be accessed from the living area.
On the entrance level of the chalet is a separate living room with a bar, pool table and TV. Opening onto a terrace with a hot tub, this is the perfect place to hang out together after a day on the slopes. A double garage and ski room with heated racks and storage is located on the basement level.
Chalet Genepi is able to accommodate 10 adults and two children across six stylish bedrooms. On the top floor of the chalet is a double bedroom with an adjoining bunk room, creating a family suite. These rooms share a shower room. There are a further three en-suite bedrooms on the second level with views of the forest and over to Point de Nantaux. The sixth bedroom is set off the living room on the entrance level with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms can be configured as twin or king-size doubles.

Located on the famous Joux Plan road, the chalet is within a five minute walk of the centre of Morzine below the slopes of Pleney.
