Just five-minutes walk from the centre of Morzine and close to the slopes, Chalet 46 is ideal for both skiers and non-skiers. Snow permitting, you can reach the Pleney slopes within 50 metres. Set over three levels, the chalet enjoys an elevated position with views of the Pointe de Nyon and Pleney slopes. These views are best enjoyed from the spacious terrace which features a hot tub, firepit, barbecue and pizza oven.
The top floor of the chalet is home to an open plan living and dining area featuring an integrated beer tap in the bar area. Inviting sofas surround a wood-burning stove - perfect for cosy evenings in. A second seating area is located on the first-floor landing.
The ground floor of the chalet is home to a sauna and treatment room - the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes.
There is also a cinema room with a movie library for evening entertainment. The chalet has a boot room with heated boot and glove racks.
Chalet 46 is able to accommodate 10 adults and four children across five en-suite bedrooms. All of the bedrooms can be configured as twin or king-size double beds. Two of the bedrooms have additional beds - built-in adult-sized bunk beds in one room and built-in cabin beds in the eaves in the other. Two of the rooms have open bathtubs within the room.

The chalet is located within 5 minutes walking distance to the centre of Morzine and nestled below the slopes of Pleney. Snow permitting, you can reach the Pleney slopes within 50 metres.
