Stylish residence with access to spa facilities
Ultima Courchevel Belvedere comprises 13 private residences, a mountain-facing restaurant, lobby cocktail bar and two state-of-the-art spas. Located in one of the sunniest parts of Courchevel 1650, the Grand Residences make up the "Nord" Resort area of Ultima Courchevel.
Located just 200 metres from the ski slopes on the edge of La Rosière Forest, "Nord" consists of four Five Bedroom Grand Residences and one Four Bedroom Grand Residence. The residences are connected but offer complete privacy.
Accommodating up to 10 guests, each Grand Five-Bedroom Residence features an inviting open-plan living area and five en-suite bedrooms with marble bathrooms and dressing areas.
Guests also have access to an incredible spa which is shared with the four other residences. Facilities include an indoor heated pool, hammam, sauna and well-equipped gym. Treatments can be booked upon request. Room service is included and it is possible to make a reservation in Ultima's restaurant located in "Sud" resort, where you can also enjoy a tipple or two at the lobby bar.
A boutique ski store is available on-site for in-house fittings and rental and there is a stylish ski room with plenty of storage available too. From here it is a two to three-minute walk to the ski slopes.

Located in Belvédère, Courchevel 1650, Ultima Courchevel offers prime ski access with the Grand Five Bedroom Residences just across from the Belvédère piste. This green run leads to the village, ski schools, and main gondola. The village centre is a 10-minute walk, while Courchevel 1850 is 10-15 minutes by car.
