Set over three floors, this 890m² chalet has a superb range of facilities which will delight all ages. The chalet can accommodate 10 adults and four children across six bedrooms.

The main living area, located on the first floor, consists of an open-plan living and dining area with sink-in sofas and a grand piano. The dining room can be opened or closed thanks to sliding doors. A floor-to-ceiling wall with a fireplace divides the main seating area from a TV lounge and office space.

Also on this level is a semi-professional kitchen which can also be closed off for privacy. Doors open onto a south-west facing balcony overlooking the Rochebrune slopes.

With a whole floor dedicated to relaxation and entertainment, leisure time is an important feature of this magnificent chalet. The lower ground floor is structured around two leisure areas - the wellness area with a fully-fitted spa in mineral stones and an entertainment area with cinema room, bar, wine cellar and a games room with pool table, foosball and TV lounge. The wellness area includes a hammam, massage room and indoor Jacuzzi. Further relaxation can be found on the ground floor which is home to an indoor swimming pool with adjustable floor, counter-current and mirror TV.

Chalet des Sens has six well-appointed bedrooms. The sumptuous master bedroom, located on the top floor, has an electric fireplace, Apple TV, private balcony and en-suite bathroom. A second master bedroom is located on the ground floor, along with three double bedrooms and a children’s bunk room, all with en-suite shower rooms and access to the terrace.

Chalet des Sens enjoys a prime location in Megève’s prestigious Mont d’Arbois area, with convenient ski-in access. The Mont d’Arbois gondola is just 700 metres away. For dining and shopping, the centre of Megève is an eight-minute drive away, offering a charming pedestrianised area filled with luxury boutiques and gourmet restaurants.
