Located on a sunny south-facing plateau in an exclusive private estate, Chalet Melchior is close to everything that Villars has to offer. You can ski straight down to the telecabine or alternatively it is a three-minute drive away. The shops, cafes and restaurants can be reached in five minutes by car.

Set over three floors with the entrance on the ground floor, the chalet features beautiful rustic wooden interiors and has a tranquil landscaped garden with a seven-person hot tub. The entrance hall leads into a spacious open-plan living room with stylish sofas, squashy armchairs and a large fireplace.

Entertainment comes in the form of a 50 inch flatscreen TV with Sky, Swisscom and Netflix. Meals can be prepared in the modern kitchen complete with granite breakfast bar, and enjoyed around the dining table seating ten people. Sliding doors open onto a delightful south-facing wrap-around balcony for al fresco entertaining. Children will appreciate the TV/games room on this level which is equipped with a 55" flatscreen TV and Xbox console.

Chalet Melchior is able to accommodate eleven adults across six bedrooms. On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms and an additional single bedroom. These bedrooms share a family shower room. The master suite with south-facing balcony, dressing room and en-suite bathroom can be found on the first floors along with two more en-suite double bedrooms.

Chalet Melchior is a five-minute drive from the centre of Villars-sur-Ollon and a three-minute drive from the main ‘Roc d’Orsay’ telecabine, which provides the quickest access to the ski slopes. In winter, it is possible to ski directly from the chalet to the telecabine, and in summer, beautiful hiking trails lead straight from the chalet into the mountains.
