Located on the slopes of Oberlech, Chalet Arula 1 is ideal for keen skiers looking for pure luxury. The chalet is a 10-minute walk from Lech and has a beautiful setting right in the middle of the ski area, surrounded by snowy mountain peaks. With nine spacious bedrooms and 1,800m² of living space, the property is ideal for large families or groups of friends.

The interior is stylish with beautiful furnishings and décor. There is a large open plan living and dining area with a feature fireplace at its centre and plenty of sumptuous seating. There is also a separate, fully-equipped kitchen and an office for those that need to catch up on work. Several terraces and balconies offer inspiring views of Lech's surrounding peaks.

Tailor-made for entertaining, Chalet Arula 1 has a magnificent entertainment room with an extensive bar and inviting sofas set in front of the log-burning fireplace - the perfect spot to relax after a chilly day on the mountain.

The chalet also has a fantastic cinema room and an expansive wine cellar ideal for hosting tastings.

Relaxation is also taken care of at this luxurious property. A superb spa includes a 14m indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, infrared cabin, treatment room and massage room not to mention a relaxation area and vital bar. On the terrace is a heated outdoor Jacuzzi. There is also a well-equipped gym for those with energy to burn.

Chalet Arula 1 is able to accommodate 22 guests in total across nine bedrooms. These include a master bedroom, six double bedrooms, one family suite (with a twin/double bed and bunk room) and one children's bunk room sleeping four

Other facilities include a private garage and a meeting / TV room. For larger groups, Chalet Arula 1 can be rented together with Arula 2, a four-bedroom chalet just next door, sleeping up to 30 guests in total.

Arula 1 is located beside the blue Grubenalpe-Oberlech-Lech piste meaning you can ski directly down to Lech and the Schlosskopfbahn chairlift, which provides access to the wider Arlberg ski area. Alternatively, the chalet’s chauffeur service can transport you to the village centre in just five minutes, where you can start your ski day from various lifts, including the Rüfikopfbahn and Schlegelkopfbahn. Lech’s vibrant selection of bars, restaurants, and boutiques is also easily accessible. The chauffeur service extends to Zürs, just an 11-minute drive away, for added convenience.
