Located at 2,112 metres, just above the Altiport at the top of the Gravelles chairlift, La Cave des Creux doesn’t just offer fantastic food but breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the Courchevel Valley to match. Formerly an Alpine cheese ripening cellar, this friendly restaurant is run by brothers and local ski instructors, Florant and Boris Glise. Using high-quality produce, the menu is full of Savoyard specialities - the truffle fondue is a particular hit. Make sure you leave room for dessert though - arguably some of the best in the Alps.
